Finanze Property pioneered Title Split Finance as a specialist property strategy for investors looking to unlock value through complex title, valuation and exit structures.

Finanze Capital was created as a separate division to support this strategy with specialist lending capability. The structure allows the wider Finanze Group to combine property strategy, finance structuring and execution for complex investor-led opportunities.

Alastair Hoyne’s role

Alastair Hoyne, CEO and Founder of Finanze Group, is the mastermind behind the group’s complex custom property strategies. His work has shaped how Finanze Property approaches title split, BMV, lease extension and other non-standard property opportunities.

How the group structure works

  • Finanze Property originates and develops complex property strategies, including Title Split Finance.

  • Finanze Capital provides specialist lending support for eligible transactions and related complex finance structures.

  • Finanze Property clients can access Lease Extension Finance through Finanze Capital where short-lease funding is required.

  • BMV and OMV-based finance strategies may be supported where valuation, legal due diligence and exit are acceptable.

Why this matters

These strategies were developed to solve real investor problems: standard lenders may not properly reflect post-split value, post-extension value, OMV-based BMV opportunities or the legal and valuation mechanics behind complex exits.
